Flood Management Research Cluster Workshop
Nairobi, Kenya, 3-6 May 2004

The workshop was organized by the NBCBN-RE Secretariat in collaboration with university of Nairobi in Kenya May 2004, under the title of "Second Regional Workshop on Capacity Building in Flood Management Applications in River Engineering" during the period from 3 to 6 May 2004 . The workshop was convened at the Milimani hotel, Kenya .

The countries participated in this workshop are the members in the Flood Management Research Cluster; Egypt , Ethiopia , Sudan , Uganda , Tanzania and Kenya ( Host country). The country coordinator of the hosting country is Dr. Patta Odira, Nairobi University and the scientific advisors Prof. Dr. Bart Schultz, UNESCO-IHE
