 The workshop was organized by the NBCBN-RE Secretariat in collaboration with the Addis Ababa University (the Hosting Institution of the research cluster) in Ethiopia , March 2003, is under the title of "Second Regional Workshop on River Structures", applications in River Engineering during the period from 29 to 31 March 2004 . The workshop was convened at Ghion Hotel, Addis Ababa , Ethiopia .
he countries participated in this cluster are D.R Congo, Uganda , Egypt and Sudan , Ethiopia (host country). The Country Coordinator of the hosting country is Dr. Bayou Chane, Addis Ababa University , and the Scientific Advisor Prof. Petru Borieu, UNESCO-IHE.
