3rd Regional Workshop on Capacity Building in River Morphology Research Cluster
Khartoum, Sudan, 22-23 May 2005

The workshop was organized by the NBCBN-RE Secretariat in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair in Water Resources (the Hosting Institution of the research cluster) in Sudan, May 2005, under the title of "Third Regional Workshop on River Morphology ", applications in River Engineering during the period from 22 to 23 May 2005. The workshop was convened at the Khartoum Plaza, Sudan. The countries participated in this cluster are Burundi , Ethiopia , Egypt and Sudan (host country). The Country Coordinator of the hosting country is Prof.Dr.Abdalla Abdel Salam, UNESCO Chair in Water Resources, Khartoum and the Scientific Advisor Prof. Gerrit Kalassen, UNESCO-IHE
