The Network Secretariat is responsible for the overall, day to day coordination and communication of the network activities .Although over time the activities of the coordinating Network Secretariat should be fully supported by the members of the network, its crucial role in the further development of the network justifies strong external support for a period of 3-5 years. Network Secretariat team consists of Network Manager, Deputy Network Manager, Technical Engineer, Web Developer, IT-Specialist and Secretary.
