The workshop has been organized by Ethiopia node of the NBCBN network and held in Addis Ababa,Ethiopia in the period from 28-29 November ,2006.Workshop participants discussed for two working days the different objectives of the workshop which was mentioned earlier. The research proposals on : “Performance of Sediment inclusion at intakes ,and microdams”.The members also discussed the development of research proposals on integrated and local action research modalities to be submitted to scientific advisor and NBCBN secretariat for approval and funding.
