Dr.Mulungu joined NBCBN since the launch of Flood Management Research Cluster 2003.He is one of the most active members in NBCBN. Dr. Mulungu is one of the research group working on: “Flood and Catchment Management “ under Flood Management Research Cluster. He has a wide experience in several fields such as climate change and water resources. Dr. Mulungu is one of the research members in FRIEND /NILE project.
