Dr. Pangu joined NBCBN since the launch of the D R. Congo Node 2007. He is one of the most active members in NBCBN.

Dr. Pangu is the assistant coordinator of the D. R. Congo local action research group working on: “PREFAISABILITY STUDY OF CLIMATE CHANGE’S IMPACTS EVALUATION ON INGA DAM IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO (DRC)”. Dr. Pangu has a wide experience in several fields such as: hydrology, modelling and GIS.
