Eng. Muna joined NBCBN since the launch of the River Morphology research Cluster in Sudan, October 2002. She is one of the most active members in NBCBN under Nile Basin Reservoir Sedimentation Prediction and Mitigation. Eng. Muna is also acts as a group coordinator of Sudan Local Action research working on : Assessment of Water Supply Sources and Systems of Potable Water in Khartoum Metropolitan in Relation to Liquid Waste Disposal.

She has a wide experience in several fields such as Hydrology, Ground water modelling, Flood forecasting, Gis applications and also in water quality management.
